Arnold
Good Afternoon Mark and Deb,
I thought I would send you an update as to how little Arnold is doing. When I was driving out to pick him up I was pretty nervous. It is such a big commitment introducing a puppy into your life and I just hoped that everything would work out great. From the moment I laid eyes on Arnold I knew that things were going to be fine. On the drive home he whined a little but quickly fell asleep in his crate. My boyfriend who grew up on a farm and has never had indoor pets was pretty skeptical about Arnold coming to live with us. But from the moment he saw him, he was puddy on the floor. We are both head over heels in love with this little guy! He has fit in so perfectly with us and we just couldn't be happier. He is a very smart, brave, friendly, outgoing, sweet little puppy. He is quickly becoming accustomed to life in downtown Calgary, which can be pretty noisy, but it doesn't seem to phase him at all. I think that the time he spend with the Steeves family was very valuable time as he is a very well rounded and socialized pup. He wants to talk to everyone when we go for walks, not to mention everyone wants to talk to him (it is tough getting anywhere with him because he is so cute!) He is sleeping through the night, coming when called, and has "sit" down pat! He is a very healthy puppy as well, the vet was very pleased with him.
Thank you so much for Arnold, we couldn't be happier with
him. I appreciate all your help and information that you have provided to
me regarding Arnold. I can tell how much your
family cares about your dogs and I appreciate the follow up as to how he is
doing. I look forward to keeping in touch with you in the future as Arnold gets bigger.
I have attached a picture of him at home with us. I will send more as he gets bigger, as he is doing everyday!
Have a great week and I will be talking with you soon,
Thanks to Deb & Mark Steeves, we got our new bug. Her
name is Emily.
She is sweet, cute, cuddly, really smart, and kind of sneaky. Ha-ha.
She missed Odie by a matter of days. I am sorry that Odie and Emily
could not meet.
Sammy Sue had missed Odie so much, but the nice thing is that Emily's
arrival has certainly cheered her up.
The family is crazy about her. And I think it's safe to say that Emily
is very happy with us.

Hello Mark and Deb!
My sincere apologies for not getting this letter to you sooner than this. We had a mishap with our digital camera and were just now able to get the pictures recovered from it. Our baby, Milo came from your Bugg litter on December 10, 2006. We have truly been blessed as Milo is not only oh so handsome, but he's got such a fantastic personality and has been a wonderful addition to our family, not to mention a playmate to Mugsy. Our Vet knows Milo by site and the ladies at the office just gush over him every time we bring him in. We cannot go anywhere without someone asking about him! The Vet says Milo is in perfect health, excellent teeth and just overall beautiful! We sure did enjoy meeting you both and would not hesitate to buy another baby from you or recommend you to our friends and family. I wish you the best and hope to be better about keeping in touch in the future.
Thank you again for such a sweet and loving animal, we cannot imagine our lives without him!

Hi Mark and Deb.
I finally had a minute to send an email out to you. I thought you might want an update on Abby.
Abby has settled into a nice routine here at home. She is the most wonderful pup I have ever seen. We are completely in love with her. It's quite clear to see that you guys have taken very good care of her and that Molly and Tucker are good breeding stock because Abby is an amazing little dog. She is fiesty and fearless. I think sometimes she believes she's bigger that a Great Dane and just as strong.
Abby is a hit in the neighbourhood also. About 10 of the neighbourhood kids keep knocking on my door to ask if they can play with Abby. I take her out onto the front lawn and then she runs around with all the kids. It's wonderful to see.
Abby has also made some pet friends. On Christmas Day she ran around with Mowgli, a one year old Pug/Pomeranian cross. Then a few days later, a co-worker of mine adopted a couple of 10 week old kittens named Tigger and TimBit. Abby LOVES the cats. They were very curious about her too and after about an hour of hiding from her, they decided to join her in chewing on their cat toys. It was very cute to see.
I just want to thank you again for letting me by Abby's new mommy! We snuggle every day and go for nice walks to the park behind my house. She's learning not to eat all the leaves on the ground too. She's so sweet! I appreciate that you raised her in your home with your family too. It's quite clear to see what a huge impact that had on her as she is so well socialized. She loves EVERYONE. Abby gives kisses to every new person she meets! Wether they like it or not. It's wonderful. Thanks again.
I'll send a couple of pictures of "Princess Abigail" so you can see how much she's grown.
Talk to you
soon,
Julie
